Boston Market has very good food. Better than I had expected. The turkey is very good. The chicken that they are famous for is also good. I prefer the turkey or the roast beef because I hate picking at bones. The mashed potatoes are first-rate. The other vegetables are probably the best things there. But at the heart of the matter, Boston Market is a fast food restaurant, nothing more. It is probably one of the best there is. It's not as good as PDQ. I'd rather go there if I'm in a hurry, but Boston Market is quite tasty and very consistent. I almost never get fatty meat or anything that shouldn't be there in my food. They are fast, clean and usually very nice to the customers. I really do like it, but it's not at the top of my choice list unless everything else is closed or I'm in a huge hurry.

I was so star strucked to see April from Undercover Boss working at this location. She is exactly what she exhibited on the show. She's sweet, kind and outgoing! She deserves all of her blessings and more! Food and service was great!! :)

All in All, pretty good, but a bit overpriced without a coupon or discount. Not always the cleanest, but food is usually fresh and service is good.

My mom is a big fan of their rotisserie chicken. I love their vegetables. Give me mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, sweet potato casserole, corn, and green beans. I can't think of any of their vegetables that I don't like. The corn bread is great also. The people who work there are always friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. If you're a senior, don't forget to ask for your senior discount.

It okay. The lines are always long no matter what time my husband and I go. The reason we always stay is because the meal is to die for and the price is great. Nice place to take your family to eat.

More drama than a middle school dance. I came here expecting the standard Boston Market fare, warm atmosphere, salty food, and most of all a filling meal. Unfortunately, as I entered I was rudely told by "Grant," who closely resembled the main character in the movie "Blindside," that there was no more chicken, and that we would have to wait 30 minutes for the next batch. Having not thought about the area I was in before venturing out, I decided that I'd rather not wait 30 minutes for the chicken, and just order the meat loaf so that I could get out as quick as possible before anything else went down. While still in line, 2 more guests came in, and were made aware of the chicken shortage. Unfortunately for Grant, and the rest of us, they weren't having that. I don't need to pain the picture, but you tell me what happens when you deny an African American of their chicken! Needless to say they went back and forth with management until they decided to leave, although they weren't happy, and neither were the staff. I waited about 5 more minutes in the line, while the kitchen staff complained about how a rush of people always come in before the restaurant is about to close. When I got my food, I sat down, ate as fast as I could, and vowed never to come back. Do I put the restaurant at fault? Not really, this was my first meal in this part of town as a visitor from California, and I should've made myself aware of the demographic and apparent lack of customer service before I even ventured out. Next time, I'll stick with delivery.

I have been coming here for a quick meal at least once a month. Today is Monday and this is the best I have ever seen this place. It looks organized, clean and quite. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for my visits during the weekend when it takes too long to order and all tables are dirty. I prefer the one in Aventura.
